In Post NATO Afghanistan: A Gut Wrenching Plea from an Afghan Journalist

by fidelito August 19, 2021 in Politics, Policy 0 comments

Faces of Our Failures in Afghanistan & Beyond! I cannot even begin to express how I felt watching the desperate plea for help & answers of this Afghan journalist and how angry I felt watching the completely impotent/cold response of Jens Stoltenberg the Secretary General of NATO. Obviously I do […]

Culture Shock: The Alt-Right Narrative Promoting Xenophobia & Bigotry

by fidelito August 18, 2021 in Policy, Politics 0 comments

I have recently started up reading more about right wing ideology and watching related YouTube clips because I am genuinely interested to learn not just the present political context but also the historic context that got us where we are. My research is a working progress and I do not […]

The Westward Gold-Rush: Talk About Mass Migration? NO, Deal With Mass Migration

by fidelito August 16, 2021 in Policy, Politics 1 comment

The Westward Gold-Rush but NOT Entirely Hush Hush! Shocking to see/watch the photo’s & video Clips from Kabul airport; my heart goes out to the millions in Afghanistan (and beyond frankly – Iran – Iraq – Palestine – Libya etc.) that continue to deal with poor foreign policy decisions that […]

It seems to me – and I am sure to many others – that the world we live in today is becoming far more dangerous than the post WWII cold war many have lived through. At every corner of the earth there seems to a conflict about to blow up […]

Dominic Cummings Interview: Look, Listen and Worry!

by fidelito July 21, 2021 in Policy, Politics 0 comments

Quite an interesting insight of how the nations political establishment functions – an archaic model that needs to bite the dust soon. There is of course plenty insane statements and revelations made by Dominic Cummings and it would be a waste of time to point them one by one. What […]

Save Lebanon: A Transformational Opportunity for an entire Region

by fidelito July 20, 2021 in Policy, Politics 0 comments

We continue to watch shockingly from afar just how much Lebanon is on the edge of a cliff; Lebanese however are paying the ultimate price from decades of corruption & neglect. In my personal opinion Lebanon can be viewed in 1 of 2 ways; a country at the brink of […]

by fidelito July 19, 2021 in Health 0 comments

Britain 2021: The COVID-19 Freedom Day

by fidelito July 18, 2021 in Health, Policy, Politics 0 comments

There isn’t really much to say about the decision to go ahead with the “Freedom Day” despite the current spike in infection numbers in Britain beyond this; bad leadership – particularly at critical moments facing a nation – have a real cost that will need to be paid in full […]

The U.S./China Alaska Talks; 1 – 0 to China

by fidelito March 20, 2021 in Policy, Politics 0 comments

It was quite amusing today watching the head of Chinese delegation today lecture arrogantly US Secretary of State Antony Blinken during the tense talks in Alaska. Amusing but NOT altogether surprising – the only that was surprising was the American delegation seemingly being caught off guard with these remarks without […]
