Truly devastated to learn of the death of British satirist/comedian John Bird, one of the best this country had to offer in my opinion. The shows he starred in including Bremner, Bird & Fortune as well as John Bird & John Fortune were 2 my absolute favorite shows. I actually believe that both Bird & Fortune had plenty more to offer at the height of their careers than the opportunities they actually had. That said his memory as well as that of his long term show partner John Fortune will live with us for a very long time to come thanks to shows like the sample below. May he rest in peace and deepest/heartfelt condolences to his family & friends.
