It’s kind of curious to watch well established democracies run in the same way autocracies do (the top down pyramid approach) where public servants/ministers with expertise/credentials are consistently sidelined but some are just content with their post/title meaningless as it might turn out to be particularly at moments where their knowledge is crucial to solving critical issues. The Council of Ministers meetings in front of a camera lens doesn’t display the real story when it comes to actual governance, does it?
