Great stuff; talking sensibly about BREXIT after the fact! I guess the question of timing would be the first thing that comes to mind. But beyond this small technical issue the one thing we truly need is an honest conversation about the pro’s/con’s of BREXIT not just economically on but also from a geopolitical perspective in an ever changing/challenging global landscape as the context. The conversation should be led by experts and businesses directly affected by it away from the narrow/extreme political ideologues from all sides; and for a change we the public need to listen more carefully in order to re-evaluate our views that have been conditioned by a broken/archaic political system to favour ideology and impulsive/reactionary inclinations over plain facts. In brief; lets use this election year opportunity to demand a different way in approaching politics, get organised and lead in that direction, irrespective of where we stand right now on this specific topic – lets get wiser about political activism so we can develop a better foundation for future generations to build on rather than use up all the credits we have.
Just a thought.
