To say that he was legendary would be an understatement but that’s the best we can do. He has certainly revolutionized the concept of being a talk show host on cable media with his charisma and ability to challenge his guests on the most controversial of issues. He was also a philanthropist and helped raise millions to provide education for prevention of heart disease as well as hands on care and surgery. Other philanthropic efforts include working with the University of Indiana in which students go to Africa to help locals learn how to farm and grow food. He also I believe contributed to the The Bill Gates Foundation to help develop AIDS vaccines. So plenty to reflect on and plenty to remember about Larry King through both his talent and his generosity to many around the world.
