I agree with the UN’s response entirely (link below); after all when you don’t have the facts right in terms of what Albanese stated as mentioned above and you’re accepting political interpretation of her statements as a given by someone consistently promoting foreign narratives and with a clear track record in this regard, then perhaps the problem is not with Francesca Albanese but with politics closer to home. Remember similar accusations have been levelled against highest politicians in the land, so for the sake of objectivity I would suggest that before making such decisions it would be right/proper to discuss these matters directly with the UN Rapporteur for Palestine and allow her to respond directly rather than fast track such decisions which undermine law and the sovereignty of where it is applied.
Let me make another final point; politicizing antisemitism – or any form of racism for that matter- you’re in effect undermining what the term means/represents; in other words that’s in every sense of the word – in my opinion – a form of antisemitism/racism by undermining the root cause of these vile/disgusting ideologies; so using them for political lynching is equally being vile/disgusting.
