Mark Carney turns out to be a huge disappointment; similar to his stance on Maduro’s abduction and where international law is concerned he seems to pay lip service to the left yet constantly turns right. This gold rush to China by Canadian and European is meaningless and will be a short-lived aspiration without a constant/consistent protection of international law. Even now unconventional alliances are popping up all over the place due to the realisation that military power, illegal abductions, extrajudicial murders and regime change is the new game in town – which becomes a de factor goto approach – cause no one is safe; there’s even online chatter from a high ranking officials that Turkey could be next in the firing line (is this really what we’re after). Let me be crystal clear again; I’m no fan of any repressive regime on this planet and least of all the one in Iran, but equally I do not trust the so called efforts to achieve constructive/good faith negotiation while with the other hand actors in this attack have a track record of murdering leaders and slowly strangling  a regime and its people that you now they come to “bravely” defend; its a farce.  Now just in case you haven’t noticed we’ve been here before in recent history which suggests that we’re going through a constant loop; now however its more dangerous due to more advanced firepower, the surge in the number of unconventional actors and regions that are at boiling point, not to mention ramifications on illegal immigration controls. If however you happen to believe this to be the most opportune moment to focus primarily on boosting trade/commerce across and/or within continents, well all the best of luck to you, your trading partners/energy resources and your supply chains; enjoy.

Just a thought….
