History matters not to trap us but to guide us because we seem to be repeating old mistakes with a slightly different/more sophisticated approach with new tools and actors that trap into an endless cycle when we really should be miles ahead. Where relevant in my opinion I will be posting similar documentaries if anything, for myself to help me understand/simplify the complexities of current challenges because in many ways, it seems that we’ve been there before. The clips are not merely for education – though that’s certainly part of it – but for an unfiltered reflection; simple as that. In a nutshell we really need to be a bit more clever in carving our future and the future of the new generation based on forgotten lessons of the past that we need to cherish, learn from in history books and public forums to help build on.
