State of the Union – Wars/Conflicts & the Spectator Model: Opportunities to take a firm stand defending international law/values lost by a union model designed to operate solely in good times while relying on big brother by its side to defend; so in brief (poor leadership, flawed design). The world is changing fast and I can only hope Europe begins to understand the stakes are higher than they think and time has a cost.
