This is becoming a trend and the intention behind it seems to be as follows; diversions intended to give confidence something is in the works, then a disagreement to prolong the conflict and give the perception a resolution was about to be achieved but the “guilty” party refused to give in, so on we go with people’s blessings and the urge for more patience. Perhaps that’s the real strategy of the Board of Peanuts; a political coverup to prolong the conflict and make some business out of it both now and as the end game approaches – not being clever we’ve just seen it before. That’s my takeaway anyway; there you go (short/simple for the approaching weekend)
