Truly shocked/saddened to learn of the death of a true icon in world cinema. I’ve watched/enjoyed many of his brilliant movies including Borsalino with his close friend Jean-Paul Belmondo. This space in world cinema can never be filled but his memory lives on with his great stock of class performances as an actor. The only sad part for me – as I am sure for many others – is the tragic family disputes that have gone into the public space; this should not have happened. But that said, this can never take away from the accomplishments of this great actor who to his fans – me included – will always remain in our memories and hearts. Sincere condolences to his family and fans around the world and may he RIP.
